Returns & Refunds Policy
At WallFlower Art, each piece we create is completely custom-made using your own flowers. Because every artwork is unique and personalised just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your order is placed.
We understand how important your flowers are, and we want your piece to arrive perfectly.
Damage in Transit
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
The damaged artwork
The packaging (inside and outside)
Once confirmed, we will offer a full repair or a like-for-like replacement at no extra cost, including return postage if needed.
We take great care in packaging your artwork to prevent damage, but if anything happens on the journey to you, we’ll ensure your piece is restored.
Non-Returnable Items
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to:
Custom-made or personalised items
Artwork created using customer-supplied flowers
